How It Works
Executive level work is offered on a retainer basis, providing consistent access and steady progress over time. Engagements are customized to your your situation and pace, beginning at $1,300 per month with a three-month minimum.
We start with a conversation to understand your context, priorities, and what success looks like from where you sit. From there, we design a structure that fits, whether it’s focused working sessions, observational work within your environment, or a blend of both.
