The Audit showed you

what is there

Now it's time to move

What The Audit surfaces rarely starts and ends with one person.

It runs deeper than that — you will see how the team operates, decides, and holds each other accountable.

If the team is going to shift, the leader has to be ready to respond differently.

That means working through what you saw in The Audit, what your role has been in the pattern, and how you show up when the room gets uncomfortable.

That work happens in private — before the team ever sees it.

Where We Start

Before anyone else is in the room,

we start with you.

What the Work Looks Like

Once you're ready, I come into the team environment directly. I observe how the team operates in real time — how decisions move, where accountability drops, what doesn't get said.

When I've seen enough, I work with whoever is leading — and whoever isn't participating. Both matter.

In some cases that means 1:1 work with individual team members. In others it means getting into a meeting and showing the team what a productive one actually looks like — not describing it, demonstrating it.

What Changes

Meetings that produce decisions.

A leader who can see the pattern — and interrupt it.

A leader who can see the pattern — and interrupt it

A team that performs without being managed.

You can't fix what you can't see. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

“… Loved it - Cheri captured all of the right objectives and goals while sharing confidence that we can productively work towards those. Impressive.”

“Cheri sees what others miss—the unspoken dynamics that undermine trust and results. She helped our team face them head-on, and it changed how we lead.”
